P.H.U. “OBROLEX” Henryk Zwada and P.H.U. “ROLMAZ” Elżbieta Zwada, headquartered at 18 Wolności Street in Bodzentyn, began their business in 1992. These are family businesses that purchase, freeze, package, and sell fruit. Our primary purchases include strawberries, cherries, gooseberries, plums, chokeberries, black and red currants, raspberries, rhubarb, and mushrooms. Thanks to our own raw material base located in the Świętokrzyski National Park buffer zone, covering the municipalities of Bodzentyn, Nowa Słupia, Bieliny, and Pawłów, we can guarantee healthy fruit. Therefore, we decided to expand our commercial offerings and, in 2010, introduced a frozen food production line, which allows for the rapid processing of purchased raw materials, as a result of which they retain their natural nutritional value.
Our companies have a HACCP system covering all frozen soft fruit production processes, including the stages of raw material acceptance and classification, which guarantees the highest quality of our products.
